Absolutely no "Soliciting" or door to door sales or inquiries of any kind are allowed.
Each townhome is privately owned and has 2 assigned parking spaces. All other parking in the community is by “guest permit only”, subject to towing, and is extremely limited. There are only a few "guest" spaces - and they cannot be used as permanent parking.
Owners are responsible for insuring their townhome and lot “in an amount equal to the maximum insurable replacement value” and providing the Association proof of such insurance upon purchase of their unit and yearly upon the anniversary date of each renewal.
No more than 2 pets are allowed in a unit. Owners must register their pets using Pet Policy/Registration Form.
All townhomes have individual water meters. Each owner is responsible for the prompt payment of their unit’s water usage, which is subject to late fees in addition to other remedies including attorney fees.
Homeowner’s Association Fees primarily cover maintenance and repair of common areas (pool, fences, gates, private roads, dumpster areas), trash removal, street lights, and irrigation; planned exterior painting; and lawn service; in addition to other operating expenses. They do not cover cable tv/internet, pest control, roofs, windows or stucco repair.
We are not a rental community and thus do not have a manager on site.
